Raanan Laufer - Director of Operations / Co founder
Raanan Laufer started working for Alpha Properties as a top rental agent. Currently residing in the Upper East Side, he specializes in his own neighborhood, with a wide knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Sales. His success comes from his knowledge and experience of his own neighborhood and his drive and focus for customer satisfaction. He comes from a multifaceted background in the service industry, working in New York as a bar manager, and as an Officer in the Israeli army commanding over 25 troopers in a unit. He has lived in the states since 2005 and in 2008 he became interested in Real Estate knowing that he had more to offer from his outstanding work ethics. He is honest, smart, communicates effectively, and understands clients’ needs and wants by genuinely caring and putting them first. His follow through with his clients has built long lasting and strong relationships.
Sunny Zachi - Co founder
With over ten years experience in the residential, retail stores and commercial markets, Sunny I. Zachi has proven himself to be a excellent leader in the NYC Real Estate industry. He has been involved in over 4000 residential transactions that include sales and rentals of high-end apartments to celebrities from NBA players to Hollywood actors. As the head broker of Alpha Properties, Sunny has successfully trained over 400 talented agents, establishing Alpha Properties as a leading firm in the residential market. The key to effectiveness, he says, is to “Give everyone your ears, and your voice only to the chosen few.” That means listening first, and imparting information when necessary to streamline a transaction. Sunny also managed a travel agency prior to entering real estate, and lived in several places around the world from Argentina to Hawaii. He is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and English, and above all, has a great outlook on life, an eternal smile, and a tremendous love for people.
