   A: Yes, we accept tenants from all over the world.

Q: Im already a tenant and I would like to extend my stay – is that possible? 

 

   A: yes, upon approval and with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, your stay may be extended.

 

Q: do you require a security deposit?

 

   A: yes, every apartment requires a security deposit.

 

Q: can I pay month to month or do I have to pay the whole amount upon lease signing?

 

   A: In most cases we will allow a month to month payment.

 

Q: can I have a pet in the apartment?

 

   A: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind in the apartments.

 

Q: Can I smoke in the apartment?

 

   A: Smoking inside the apartment or the building’s hallways is strictly prohibited. 

 

Q: Do you accept guarantors?

 

   A: Yes, guarantors are accepted. 

 

Q: Do i need to fill an application to rent an apartment?
