Prime Residence Management, founded by Ilan Amran and Raanan Laufer. Mr. Amran has certainly been
involved long enough to see the full cycle that is Real Estate. Due to his love of the great variety of people
that he is able to meet and the opportunity of both personal and professional growth in a field that is so
customer-rich he soon saw the benefits of being heavily schooled in business and thus in 2001 completed
his MBA finance in addition to his Certified Property Manager license and has spent the past several
years honing this business impetus and knowledge. Prime Residence Management have grown and
adapted to the ever-changing real estate industry and evolved into outstanding property management
